NOAA – Northeast Ocean Plan

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) issued a notice stating that it seeks comments on the draft Northeast Ocean Plan. The plan is intended to provide an integrated, comprehensive, ecosystem-based, flexible, and proactive approach to planning and managing uses of the northeast marine environment. Washington – aquatic invasive species treatment permit

The Washington Department of Ecology issued a news release stating that it proposes to update the permit requirements for treatment of aquatic invasive species.
