USCG – CFVs dispensing petroleum products

The US Coast Guard promulgated a final rule revising its safety regulations for uninspected commercial fishing vessels (CFVs) carrying flammable or combustible liquid cargoes in bulk. SHC – meeting on 13 April

The Shipping Coordinating Committee (SHC), sponsored by the Department of State (DOS), will meet in Washington, DC on 13 April to prepare for the upcoming session of the IMO Marine Environment Protection Committee (MEPC 69). anama Canal – new tariffs on 1 April

The Panama Canal Authority (ACP) issued an advisory announcing new booking tariffs for the neopanamax locks and changes to tariffs for other transit related services.
