US & Canada – Joint Statement

The Department of Justice (DOJ) issued a news release stating that the former captain of a dinner cruise ship in Houston has been arrested for using a stolen identity to obtain, among other things, merchant mariner credentials and a Transportation Workers' Identification Credential (TWIC).
