USCG – rescue in Cuban waters

The US Coast Guard issued a news release [located at http://www.uscgnews.com/go/doc/4007/2770770/] stating that two USCG helicopter crews rescued twelve crewmembers from a sinking Haitian coastal freighter located in the Cuban territorial sea.
