NTSB – 2014 Houston Ship Channel collision

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) issued a news release [located at http://www.ntsb.gov/news/press-releases/Pages/PR20150407.aspx] stating that it has opened an accident docket [located at http://dms.ntsb.gov/pubdms/search/projList.cfm?ntsbnum=DCA14FM008] regarding the 22 March 2014 collision in the Houston Ship Channel involving the cargo ship Summer Wind and tow of the towboat Miss Susan.
