NOAA & BSEE – Arctic oil spill response mapping tool
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the
Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) issued a joint news release
stating that they are partnering to enhance the Environmental Response
Management Application (ERMA) for the Arctic region by summer 2012. ERMA
is an interactive online mapping tool used by federal responders during
and after oil spills. (2/7/12).

The Singapore Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) issued an 845-page
circular advising of technical resolutions adopted by the 27th session
