Washington – spill contingency planning proposal

The Washington State Department of Ecology issued a notice stating that it proposes to amend the Oil Spill Contingency Planning rule (Chapter 173-182 WAC) to implement recent legislation. It is anticipated that public hearing will be held in August. It is anticipated that the rule amendment will be adopted no sooner than December 23. (1/17/12). Fonte: Dennis Bryant.
