Nenhum Tratado é Necessário para o Ártico

No treaty necessary for Arctic, says Norway - Por Justin Stares para Lloyd´s List - "UN convention provides certainty, minister states. NORWAY has said there is no need for a new treaty governing the Arctic. Despite uncertainty over territorial claims and the opening up of maritime routes for oil and gas, existing treaties such as the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea are enough to ensure good governance, according to Norway’s Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Elisabeth Walaas".
