USCG – twelfth BWMS type approval certificate issued

The US Coast Guard issued a bulletin stating that a type approval certificate has been issued to Qingdao Headway Technology Co., Ltd for its Oceanguard Ballast Water Management System (BWMS). This is the twelfth such certificate issued to date.
