Maine – tugs collide, one sinks

The US Coast Guard issued a news release stating that it is investigating the cause of a tug collision that occurred three miles south of Kennebunk early on 22 February and monitoring the site where one of the stricken vessels sank. USCG – proposed PREP Guidelines

The US Coast Guard issued a notice stating that it seeks comments on the regulatory analysis of the potential deregulatory savings that may result from the revisions proposed in the 2016.1 National Preparedness for Response Exercise Program (PREP) Guidelines and on the proposed Guidelines themselves.
