MARAD – advisory re Somali piracy

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) posted an advisory reminding stakeholders that the threat of piracy is waters of the Red Sea, Gulf of Aden, Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean, and Gulf of Oman continues.
