USCG – vessels subject to North Korean sanctions

NOAA – giant manta ray listed as threatened

clip_image009[1] The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) promulgated a final rule listing the giant manta ray as threatened under the Endangered Species Act. House – hearing re offshore seismic research permitting
