USACE & EPA – 'waters of the United States'

The US Army Corps of Engineers USACE) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a proposal to delay the effective date of the 2015 rule defining 'waters of the United States' for two years. This amendment would give the agencies additional time to reconsider the definition. Comments on the proposal must be received by 13 December. 82 Fed.
