Senate – bill introduced GOM drilling

Senator Rubio (R-FL) introduced the Florida Shores Protection and Fairness Act (S. 1041) to include the State of Florida in the Gulf of Mexico outer Continental Shelf revenue sharing program, to extend the moratorium on oil and gas leasing in certain areas of the Gulf of Mexico, and for other purposes. House – bill introduced offshore wind tax credit

Representative Langevin (D-RI) introduced the Offshore Wind Incentives for New Development Act (H.R. 2413) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for an investment tax credit related to the production of electricity from offshore wind.
