The US Coast Guard posted a draft request for proposal (RFP) for procurement of small unmanned aircraft system (sUAS) capability for the national security cutters (NSOs). Hawaii – temporary lava safety zone

DOJ – fishing vessel owner convicted of pollution

DOJ – aggravated identity theft
The Department of Justice (DOJ) issued a news release stating that the former master of a dinner cruise vessel in Houston was convicted after pleading guilty to aggravated identity theft and making false statements. Greenwich – better red than dead
The Environmental Protection agency (EPA) issued a news release stating that, in an effort to track the flow and dispersion of wastewater discharging from the Greenwich Connecticut Water Pollution Control Facility, a fluorescent Rhodamine WT dye will be released into Greenwich Harbor on 4 April. House – bill introduced re heavy icebreaker procurement
Representative Young (R-AK) introduced a bill (H.R. 1816) to authorize the Secretary of the Navy to enter into a contract for the procurement of heavy icebreakers. Official text of the bill is not yet available. (3/30/17).
