Indian Ocean – suspected Somali pirate attack
The EU Naval Force issued a press release stating that suspected Somali pirates attacked the chemical tanker CPO Korea on 22 October in the Indian Ocean 330 nautical miles east of Somalia. Shots were exchanged between the six individuals on the fast-moving skiff and the armed security team on the tanker. Canada – Oceans Protection Plan
