BSEE – OCS pipeline decommissioning rule

The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) promulgated a final rule amending the regulations relating to decommissioning costs for pipelines on the outer continental shelf (OCS) permit holders to submit summaries of actual expenditures incurred for pipeline decommissioning activities.
