Offshore South Carolina – environmental assessment

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) issued a notice stating that it intends to prepare an environmental assessment for potential wind energy leasing and site assessment activities on the outer continental shelf (OCS) offshore South Carolina. DOJ – proposed settlement
